If you have booked an outside table please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside.

All table reservations are for dining, unfortunately we do not take drink bookings.

RESTAURANT INFORMATION

The Ivy Soho Brasserie dress code is Smart Casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. The Ivy Soho Brasserie has accessible access to the main restaurant and restricted access facilities. Unfortunately, there is no accessible access to the rear of the restaurant.

Due to demand and changes in Government regulations, guests are now able to book our outdoor tables to dine with friends and family outside their household.

Please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside. We will always accommodate you inside if there is availability but this is not guaranteed. We recommend calling our reservations team if it is due to rain to check if there is availability inside.

We currently have heaters on the terrace. We recommend dressing warmly outside as we approach the winter months.

Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 0203 301 1166 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Our largest online table is for a maximum of 8 guests. However, we will do our best to accommodate larger parties where possible. Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.

Our bar areas are not in operation due to social distancing. We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.
